Beyond thankful that my realtor from the Central Valley was given a referral for Travis. I had a strict deadline with purchasing a home and Travis did not seem phased by my marathon demands. I was very impressed with our first meeting where he had prepped a bound list of the homes we were to look at that day with all the info. After just two days or looking at homes we made an offer and Travis got us in contract with a home in Pacifica (we looked in Pacifica, SF, South SF, San Bruno, and Daly City). When you start to look for houses in a very competitive market, what people don’t tell you is that you need a full team behind you. We couldn’t have asked for a better team captain than our realtor, Travis Conte. My husband and I were very new to the home buying process and Travis took the time to walk us through every step of the way. At our first meeting, he greeted us with a welcome bag filled with educational materials, bought us coffee and literally explained to us how to buy a house (we didn’t have a clue where to start). He set us up with a wonderful loan officer to ensure our finances were in order and we all were aware of what we could afford before we even started looking at homes. When it was time to start touring, he came with us and educated us as to what things to look for and what to avoid. When we were thinking of putting out an offer, he walked us through the disclosure on the property and helped explain what issues to avoid and what issues were easily fixable. His expertise of the market also helped us move fast. We were able to secure our dream house in just 3 weeks. Without Travis’ help, this wouldn’t be possible and we would still be looking. Even after we bought the house, Travis has been there for us. He’s always there for us for advice and has a wonderful network of industry experts who have been a wonderful extension of his customer service which is so important to have in a competitive market like the bay area. My brother and I hired Travis to sell our father's house. Travis was very respectful to the recent passing of our dad. Travis explained in detail the selling process and kept both of us informed of every step. We were in the process of getting bids to do some updates, but with Travis' hard work, we sold the house "as is" within 15 days of the contract. The closing went smoothly. As Trustee to my late mother's estate I decided to sell the home that was part of a Trust she included me and my family in.
